You Should see a green notification at the top of the page saying item was added to cart. Next to "My Cart" will show cart total amount. Click on "View Cart" at the top right of the screen or "My Cart" to bring you to your cart to review before checking out. Email and phone orders can also be accepted for items not in the catalog. Our policy on shipping charges is that we only charge you for ACTUAL shipping charges. We have added option for insurance for stolen packages called PARCELGUARD: THEY WILL COVER UP TO $10.000 All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim due to insufficient packing. Concealed damage allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during the insured transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 16 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED PROVIDING PICTURES WILL HELP US TO PROCESS YOUR CLAIM QUICKLY. WHAT IS NEEDED FOR PICTURES OF ALL SIDES OF THE BOX, CONTENTS IN BOX, AND DAMAGE.
